I constantly see old people parked in the bays and it makes me wonder if they even know what they are for. I recently saw one who was parked in front of the sign. If he couldn&#8217;t see the sign then I would like to avoid him on the road, otherwise the next time you might see him might be when he drives into the back of you!</p>
