I constantly see old people parked in the bays and it makes me wonder if they even know what they are for. I recently saw one who was parked in front of the sign. If he couldn’t see the sign then I would like to avoid him on the road, otherwise the next time you might see him might be when he drives into the back of you!

They haven’t used the plastic shopping baskets for a while, so he had been carrying that basket with him for a while.
